Frederick is a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. Frederick has committed over 25 years to developing and operating supportive housing programs serving homeless people. Frederick previously worked at Ascension Health as Property Manager at Alexian Brother’s Bettendorf Place. Frederick is currently the Director of Housing Services – FHP.
