Supportive Housing is designed for people experiencing homelessness and living with a disability. It is 1) affordable rent connected with 2) wraparound case management services 3) that has no time limit on how long you can stay in the program. Every person deserves to have a place to call home that helps them reach their full potential.  If you are currently housed but experiencing housing instability, such as having difficulty affording your rent, you can explore affordable housing options at the link below.

Senior Housing

CHH honors every person’s right to a home and health care, by bridging the housing and health care systems. If you are 55 or older, we can help you connect with stable housing and supportive services for your unique needs.

Housing and Utility Assistance

You can get emergency one-time help with housing and utility bills through the city of Chicago.  If you are in need of one-time housing financial assistance, call the City of Chicago (311) and ask for short-term help. You will be screened for financial assistance eligibility and assisted through the application process.
